Object description

Historic semi-detached house with underground parking in Alt-Solln.

One of the most beautiful listed semi-detached houses in Munich's Alt-Solln district is now for sale. It is the former school building (1871-1906), which underwent extensive renovation (1998-2001). The result is two unique, spacious semi-detached houses with underground parking, built to the highest contemporary standards. The renovation was carried out in cooperation with the historic preservation authority. In the end, the property was awarded the coveted Facade Prize of the City of Munich for the exemplary renovation of the facade.

Munich

SOLLN is one of Munich's most beautiful and exclusive residential areas. Located about 8 km south of the center of the Bavarian capital, Solln stretches along the idyllic high banks of the Isar River. The elegant villas built during the Wilhelminian period still lend this district its refined atmosphere today.

The historic town center (also known as Alt-Solln) with the Sollner Weiher pond, which is now a listed ensemble, is still very well preserved. The center is Fellererplatz, right in the neighborhood of our property. This is where the residents of Solln like to meet in the small cafés. Hofbrunnstraße and Diefenbachstraße are still home to old buildings and farmsteads from the 18th and 19th centuries.

The infrastructure is excellent. Several supermarkets, not to mention cozy little specialty shops, the weekly market on Fridays, as well as schools, kindergartens, doctors, etc. are all within easy walking distance.

The leisure activities on offer seem endless. The wooded banks of the Isar river are nearby, perfect for jogging, hiking, or group bike rides. You can also quickly reach one of Munich's most beautiful beer gardens, the "Waldwirtschaft," by bike.

The Maria Einsiedel outdoor pool is particularly beautiful, with a golf course nearby (Munich golf courses). You can play tennis at the well-known Großhesseloher Tennis Club.

The wide variety of dining options, ranging from traditional Bavarian restaurants to Indian restaurants, the Thai restaurant Chang, and Feinkost Käfer, leaves nothing to be desired.

You can reach Munich's attractive city center in about 20 minutes by car or S-Bahn.

The main highway connections are just a few minutes away, making it easy to take trips to the mountains or nearby recreational areas.
