Between the lake and the mountains, in the heart of the Vaud Riviera, a historic estate stands as a living testimony to elegance and vision.
The villa "Le Rocher du Soleil" was built in 1930 by Professor Paul Niehans, founder of the Clinique La Prairie and pioneer of cellular medicine, and has survived the decades by preserving its soul. It was a place of meeting and exchange where the international medical and artistic elite liked to gather.
The villa was recently restored with a rare ambition, combining respect for heritage with sustainable innovation. The original volumes have been preserved and sublimated by a rigorous renovation integrating geothermal energy, high-performance insulation and high-quality fittings.
The interiors reveal a veritable gallery of precious materials, Brazilian quartzite with its deep nuances, rare marble, artistic De Gournay wallpaper, handcrafted carpentry.
Each room in suite, each custom-designed space composes a refined art of living, at the crossroads of heritage, innovation and absolute serenity.
The park, redesigned by the famous landscape architect Jean Mus, extends the villa in a Mediterranean plant setting, punctuated by an infinity pool floating above Lake Geneva.
