Color, color, color

"Colors follow the changes of emotions with their properties." - Pablo Picasso

Let us finally show our colors and show courage to use this possibility of expression. We often have concerns and worries about the colors in our rooms and we have often heard the following statements:
It's time to get rid of concerns when we can gain so much more emotion and expression of personality. It's time to take a bold approach to color, because you don't really have much to lose, do you?

This does not mean that everyone should try 'Midnight Blue' or 'Picture Gallery Red' in their rooms, there is a wonderful world in between with colors, nuances and lots of expression.

It is particularly exciting when you look at different rooms that run into each other and a harmonious, structured color concept is created that runs like a 'red thread' through an apartment or house.

There may be areas that are more 'colorful and bold', such as corridors, stairwells, etc., as well as areas where subtle tones, but with color expression, are more effective in order to develop a coherent concept.

Colors with depth effect

Color theory has long shown what colors mean for a person's environment and what influence this can have on well-being and mood. It is therefore all the more important to use this in a targeted manner.

Colors usually have an effect through a direct visual impression, but almost even more through associations, symbolism, cultural experiences and energy. There is also a warm and cold perception of color. Colors therefore convey meanings. For example, light, bluish tones have a calming, airy and light effect. Red and orange tones, on the other hand, have a stimulating and warming effect on the body.

Color is a simple means to change a room

Color does not only mean wall colors, it can also be implemented in furnishing elements and furniture. This can create atmosphere and coziness.

Color elements can make a decisive contribution to giving rooms a certain look and style. The effect of daylight can also be influenced.

Let color, in whatever form, into your rooms, whether 'tone-on-tone' with different color nuances or rather with color contrasts, just as you feel comfortable with it.

If you need support in choosing a color concept or color elements, we will be happy to assist you with our advice.
